Massiel “Mankofit” Arias, has developed a team to help change people’s lives.  Massy has spent the past several months working with her team to perfect the MankoFit method.  We cater to everyone, no matter the shape or size! We only wish to inspire, motivate, and teach you to adopt a healthier lifestyle that will change your life forever.

MankoFit’s training style incorporates various techniques including Resistance Training, Calisthenics, Yoga, High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), and Sprinting!   Clients learn how to adopt health and fitness as a lifestyle beyond just losing weight.  The Mankofit method is about achieving a healthy balance of the mind and body not solely desirable aesthetics.  Massy wishes to introduce people to the idea that working out and eating healthy is not only necessary to lose a few pounds but to surpass physical limitations, transform lives through every aspect, and create overall longevity and bliss.

She used fitness as her drug to rediscover positivity and happiness in her life, and now she’s committed to help you rediscover your happiness. She doesn’t believe in fad diets and quick slimming results. Massy believes in a healthy diet and an active lifestyle in order feel good not only physically, but mentally and emotionally as well.

testi1At the age of 18 I was diagnosed with diabetes, as a result I was highly prone to infections. Days before turning 21 years old, weighing nearly 400lbs, I found myself in a hospital bed with MRSA (a very bad blood infection). . Spiraling downhill in pain and depression I turned to alcohol to cope with my life. As I laid in that hospital bed, with IV’s attached to my arms it was then that I realized if I EVER wanted to walk without my walker again I needed to make a change both mentally and physically… it was do or die. So I did just that and gave it my all. My diet consisted of very few carbs, and nearly 6 days of serious cardio leading me to a loss of 115lbs.  Motivation to become a better me was my drive. I turned every direction for new inspirations. I didn\’t dare touch weights or think about a squat, until I stumbled across Massy’s instagram. My life changed. I followed her for all the inspiration I could ask for, and before I knew it I was calling her my trainer. She is so much more than a fitness trainer, she is my mentor. She has slowly transitioned me into a woman who does not hesitate to try something new. I no longer fear the unknown. Per her encouragement I now track my life through a daily journal, I squat, I weight train, eat meals and carbs in moderation and since I\’ve met her I\’ve lost a total of 175lbs. With undying passion to help me, she has given me the tools to build the healthy mind and body I deserve.
